WINE

Nimble Hill

Vidal Blanc: 80% Vidal Blanc 20% Riesling blend. Clean crisp white wine.

Unoaked Chardonnay: Fermented and aged in stainless steel with no oak, aromas of grass and granny smith apples.

Riesling: Flavors of peach and apricot with floral notes.

Pinot Grigio: Pear and lime notes and finish with fresh floral aromas. 100% Nimble Hilll grown.

Merlot: Medium bodied with dark fruit, spice and licorice.

Runaway Red: Semi sweet red wine.

Mountain Red: Sweet red, very grapey.

Pinot Noir: upfront nose of cassis and cherry with a hint of toasted oak. Aged 18 month's in French oak barrels.
